some big changes at Park House Associates which we would
like to tell you about. The Directors have joined forces with Appletree
Financial Solutions and TailorMade Financial
Solutions, both long established full financial planning practices.
Through these companies we can continue to provide you with personal service and advice, and also offer you a wider range of financial products
designed to meet all your financial needs.
Please be assured of the

- This change does not affect your mortgage or
any other policies arranged by us, either historically or in the future.
- Appletree and TailorMade are appointed representatives of Openwork, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. The advice they offer on Openwork's behalf is fully guaranteed by Openwork.
- Your data remains secure and under the management of Appletree Financial Solutions, TailorMade Financial
Solutions and Openwork.
- Openwork is backed by Zurich Financial
Services, one of the largest insurance companies in the world.
Finally, we have been informed by some of
our clients that they have been approached by a brokerage called Churchside Financial Planning.
This company does not represent Park House
Associates, Appletree Financial Solutions, or TailorMade Financial
Solutions; nor is it an appointed representative of Openwork. It cannot discuss your affairs or policies on behalf of Park House, Appletree, TailorMade or Openwork. If you are approached by Churchside Financial Planning and have concerns about this please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
