Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.

Clients must be UK residents. Clients will be automatically entered and selected at random by an independent person. By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing for a Park House Associates representative to contact you by telephone to discuss your mortgage and/or protection needs. Employees of Park House Associates and their families may not enter the prize draw.

No cash alternative available for any part of the prize. There is one prize consisting of shopping vouchers to the value of £100. The prize is subject to availability. Park House Associates reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize with one of equivalent or greater value for any reasons beyond its control, including non-delivery by our suppliers.

No purchase necessary. Postal entries may be made by sending your details (name, address, email address and telephone number) to: "Shopping Vouchers Prize Draw", Park House Associates Ltd, 59 Chapel Street, Chorley, PR7 1BU before 30th August 2008. Park House Associates decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Park House Associates reserves the right to change, or close this prize draw without prior notice if required for any reasons beyond its control.

The prize winner will be notified by 30th August. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted by 6th September 2008 then another winner will be drawn. The prize winner's name can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to "Prize Draw", Park House Associates Ltd, 59 Chapel Street, Chorley, PR7 1BU.

Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and entrants will be deemed to agree to be bound by them.

Winners may be asked to take part in any publicity reasonably requested. Park House Associates Ltd will respect the rights and privacy of the prize-winner at all times. Park House Associates Ltd is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Our policy is such that will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent except for the purpose of the delivery of your prize if you are a winner.
